Charming house located 1.5 km from the beach, small sea view, 3.5 km from shops and a 10-minute walk from walks in the Massif des Maures. Calm and family residence with a shared secure swimming pool. The house consists of 2 terraces, one on the front, the other upstairs with a Mediterranean garden with an area of (130m). Very relaxing atmosphere. 2 bedrooms upstairs: one open to the mezzanine and the other private with solarium. Private parking space adjacent to the house.

Très bien
Excellent séjour dans ce petit paradis, un endroit idéal pour se détendre, proche des plages de sable, de belles balades sont également accessibles à pied. Notre coup de coeur c'est le petit jardinet du haut, un endroit magique entouré de plantes et de fleurs. Les propriétaires ont été très à l'écoute et réactifs quand nous avions besoin, un accueil parfait !

A fuir !!
J’ ai réservé cette location en me basant sur les commentaires des voyageurs précédant , quelle déception !!! Maison bien située proche de la mer comme l’ indique l’ annonce , environnement bruyant (voisins qui font la fête jusqu’au petit matin , chiens qui aboient nuit et jour ) la terrasse principale donne sur la route donc peu d’ intimité , rideaux de la pièce à vivre hors d’ usage ,canapé du salon cassé , housse et coussins sales, branchements électriques pas aux normes ( très dangereux lorsqu’on voyage avec un enfant de 2 ans)salle de bain, toilettes et cuisine vieillissante mal équipée , ustensiles de cuisines en mauvais état , frigo cassé , le linge de toilette usagé. Nous avons eu une fuite d’eau dans la chambre de la mezzanine lors d’un orage , chaleur étouffante à l’étage malgré les ventilateurs. Un propriétaire incapable de fournir une facture ou un reçu en fin de séjour ce qui est la moindre des choses lors d’une transaction commerciale . Le propriétaire m’ a bloquer sur le site pour m’ empêcher de rédiger un avis . Je ne recommande pas cette location .

Sans climatisation et malgré la mise à disposition de deux ventilateurs.Il est compliqué de trouver le sommeil. C’est le seul point négatif.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Blick bis zum Meer
Das Haus ist gut gepflegt und alle vorhandenen Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Es gibt mehrere Plätze, wo man draußen sitzen kann: einen großen Balkon, eine Terrasse vor dem Eingang und kleiner Garten auf der Höhe der oberen Etage mit Tisch und Stühlen. Dort ist es recht windgeschützt. Wir wurden von einer Bekannten der Eigentümer sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie kam auch zur Schlüsselübergabe am Schluss wieder. Alles lief völlig problemlos und unkompliziert.

Merveilleux!
Paradisiaque! C'est le seul mot qui me vient à l'esprit! La maison est spacieuse et confortable! La literie de rêve! Une belle terrasse entourée de fleurs de toutes les couleurs. Un petit jardinet sorti tout droit de contes de fée et la symphonie des chants d'oiseaux! Une splendide plage de sable surveillée et la qualité de restauration de Maeva et de Windy's permet d'oublier complètement le grisaille parisienne, les soucis du quotidien et l'horreur du covid. Merci Julia Heinrich
