Just minutes from the beaches of Agay and Saint-Raphaël, and close to scenic pine forests and renowned golf courses. Perfect base to explore the Côte d’Azur by car, train, or boat.

The space
Your Property
110 m² of bright, modern comfort await you on two floors.
On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious, light-filled living and dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen, ideal for cooking and sharing meals. The space opens directly onto the wooden deck, complete with an outdoor dining table and barbecue for al fresco summer evenings. Also on this level: a guest WC and a parental suite featuring a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, the other with a queen-size bed. A travel cot can be installed in either room upon request. A bright full bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and WC completes the floor. There’s also a cozy library and dedicated workspace, perfect for remote work or quiet reading. A modern washer and dryer are available in the upstairs bathroom.
