The space

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious, light-filled living and dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen, ideal for cooking and sharing meals. The space opens directly onto the wooden deck, complete with an outdoor dining table and barbecue for al fresco summer evenings. Also on this level: a guest WC and a parental suite featuring a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, the other with a queen-size bed. A travel cot can be installed in either room upon request. A bright full bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and WC completes the floor. There’s also a cozy library and dedicated workspace, perfect for remote work or quiet reading. A modern washer and dryer are available in the upstairs bathroom.

Garden & Outdoor
Step into your private 400 m² garden, located in a secure, gated community. Cool off in the private pool, relax on the sun loungers, or enjoy lunch on the shaded terrace.
Families will love the child-friendly features, including a safety fence separating the pool from the rest of the garden, and a wooden pirate sandship, a playful space filled with sand toys for young adventurers.

The house is ideally located in Valescure, a quiet green area of Saint-Raphaël, known for its golf courses and pine forests.

Agay’s sandy beaches are just 10 minutes away, and from the port of Saint-Raphaël, you can take a boat to Saint-Tropez.
The train station is a quick drive away and connects easily to Cannes, Antibes, and Nice, perfect for exploring the French Riviera.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, private pool, garden, and all indoor and outdoor spaces.
You’ll also have access to private parking and laundry facilities (washer and dryer).
The house is located in a quiet, gated residential area with secure access.

Other things to note
The pool is protected by a child safety fence, but children must be supervised at all times.
The house is located in a quiet residential community, parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.
Outdoor security camera is installed facing the garden and pool, for safety only (no cameras inside).
All appliances are electric, there is no gas on the property.
The house is strictly non-smoking.

Please note: The house is cooled by two modern, powerful air conditioning units (Daikin + Fujitsu): one in the living room and one in the upstairs open office area.
