Flat with stunning sea views for 4 people

The flat is located on the most beautiful stretch of coastline on the entire Côte d'Azur. The view of the red rocks of the Massif de l'Estérel, the offshore islands of Cannes and the unrestricted view of the sea is magical.

The flat is located in a villa and is only rented outside the high season. Depending on availability, i.e. when the rest of the villa is not rented out, guests also have access to the private swimming spa and a car park on the grounds. The flat offers very good comfort, is in a very quiet location and the beach and railway station are only a few minutes' walk away. This has the advantage that you can leave your car at home and reach major cities such as Menton, Nice or Cannes without the stress of travelling. The flat is also very easy to access as it is at ground level and has a separate entrance from the villa.

The tastefully furnished rooms are all very bright and airy. One bedroom also has a small balcony with a sea view. The fibre optic connection offers a good opportunity for remote working, among other things. The flat is ideal for couples or families with children aged 6 and over.
