With a surface area of 28 m² and located on the 5th floor (with elevator), it features an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with bathtub). The apartment comprises

- A shared swimming pool (unheated) open from May 1 to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by a gate.
- A 6 m² balcony with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Raphaël, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
