Centrally located penthouse close to the beaches (5 minutes walk) and good shopping. Right outside the building you will find the daily food market, le marché, a wonderfull typical french le café du marché.

The penthouse is on two levels and has two terraces, one top roof terrace of 35 sqm offering panoramic views over sea and mountains.The second terrace is a shaded balcony suitable for lunches in the shadow during summertime.

The flat has 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds ans 1 single. The kitchen is fully equiped and have a nice dining area with a large window next to the kitchen table. The livingroom have a relax area with a sofa, TV and HiFi. It also give room to a secretary furniture.
