Les moins : réception aux horaires d'ouverture réduits, voulait faire payer 10 € un kit de serviettes de toilettes inclues dans la location, rangements réduits dans la cuisine, micro-onde en hauteur inatteignable pour certains, problèmes de serrure porte d'entrée chalet (enfermés dehors et dedans), manque de pression d'eau, SAV nul : impossible de parler à un responsable Odalys ou Hotel.com, aspirateur hs, tarifs remontées ski très très restrictifs pour personnes CMI. Les plus : chalets chaleureux avec balcon, belle vue sur la montagne, literie confortable, chambres grandes pour une location en montagne
