Villa Le Marbot
Located in the heart of the Dordogne, a few steps from the river, this modern house is warm and bright. In a completely private and quiet area, situated in beautiful gardens (8000 m2) the property features a walnut grove, private swimming pool, a veranda, a beautiful garden and all the comforts you need.
It has the advantage of having one entire level being on the ground floor (bedroom,bathroom,lounge and kitchen) making it accessible to persons with reduced mobility. The charming village of Saint Sozy with its shops and restaurants is within walking distance.
The Walnut Grove is a very spacious house with many windows where you can enjoy views of the garden all of the time.
It has all mod-cons (fibre broadband, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave etc ...). Located in the middle of a spacious and large garden full of walnut trees, you will find yourself in a quite, private residence where you can take full advantage of the private swimming pool and relax in the peace and quiet of the beautiful gardens.
Please note that letting in July and August are on a Sunday to Sunday basis
