The cottage is located in a natural setting, 110 meters from the nearest fishing ponds. At La Semondière, discover the chickens, ducks, and donkeys. Let yourself go on the swing hanging from the trees, or glide down the small zip line (for children).
Designed for 8 people, the ground floor is dedicated to the living areas, kitchen, and dining room, as well as a bedroom with its own bathroom and private toilet. This level was designed for guests with reduced mobility: access to the terrace is via a ramp, with no steps between the living areas. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A total of four 90x190 cm beds (including one folding bed) and three 140x190 cm beds are available. The wood-burning stove provides pleasant warmth during the off-season and winter (wood included). Long, overhanging terrace with garden furniture and a garage with a ping-pong table.
Access is possible from April 15th to October 15th to the covered and heated swimming pool adjacent to the owners' house and the three guest rooms. It's 80m from the cottage. Schedule depends on site occupancy.
Fishermen enjoy a 4100m² main pond with a boat and three other ponds. Guaranteed stocking of carp, pike, tench, perch, gudgeon, roach, eels, and catfish. Water available all year round. The pond is shared with guests of the rooms and cabins.
The surrounding countryside is hilly and wooded. Numerous hiking trails are available.

For group stays, the site can accommodate up to 23 people (including children). Two tree houses, the Nest in the Oak, over 7 meters high, for 2 people (H53G015752), and the Tree House (H53H010945), for up to 5 people, 2 adults max and 3 young children. There are also three guest rooms (H53H010941) that can accommodate up to 8 people.

Business stay: 4 people maximum - 1 cleaning required per stay of 1 to 14 nights.

FISHING - Two ponds 110 meters from the cottage: 900m², 4100m², and two 260 meters from the cottage (1700m² and 300m²). Depending on the pond, they are stocked with carp, pike, tench, perch, gudgeon, roach, eel, and catfish.
Access to the swimming pool, adjacent to the owners' house and guest rooms, is possible. Covered and heated from April 15th to October 15th. It measures 6.5m x 3.25m, and is 1.2 to 1.5m deep.
Pets welcome. The grounds are enclosed by a light fence.
