Superb and large property within the residential area of Saint Trojan, between sea and forest. Set of 2 independent houses ideally located in a very quiet neighbourhood and yet close to all amenities. Renovated and furnished with quality materials and furniture, this set prioritises calm and comfort. The first house has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 people. The kitchen has a filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto machine. The second has 3 bedrooms for 6 people. Thus you can organise yourselves for everyone's comfort depending on who is an early riser and who is a night owl. Bedroom 1 in the description is on the ground floor of the large main house, the others are upstairs. Inside each house you will find all modern comforts and discreet, carefully considered decoration with resolutely high-end services. The courtyard allows you to park 6 cars and store your bikes. The garden is tree-lined with an English-style section so that everyone finds something to suit them. Outside a plancha is available. Nearby you will find all the shops, the little train of Saint Trojan to take you to the beach, the best restaurants in Saint Trojan, the casino, nice bars. The ideal place to spend an excellent holiday with family or friends. Independent WiFi in each of the houses for better connectivity. And if you're lucky, you'll see a little doe greet you in the evening, or in the morning at sunrise. Maison parfaite pour des réunions en famille ou entre amis

Le lieu, très calme, très bien entretenu, l'espace et l'intimité du fait des chambres bien aménagées et des nombreuses Sdb Idéalement des savons/gel douche dans les Sdb et essuie mains pour les WC, les vitres étaient sales quasi partout. Peut-être 1 petite serviette de toilette en plus de la grande par personne. Peut-être aussi tailler un peu le pin qui donne sur la terrasse pour permettre au soleil de passer pour les inter saisons. Mais le gîte est parfait.

Toussaint en grande famille

Propriété en 2 maisons indépendantes qui permettent de séparer les groupes/familles. La maison principale permet de regrouper tout le monde sur une grande table. Séjour très agréable proche du centre village. Beau séjour, belle cuisine bien équipée. Des jeux de société et des bd pour les temps calmes.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour les maisons sont très bien placées près des commerces : boulangerie,marché,rôtisserie,eglise… Les 2maisons sont très bien équipées,avec un jardin très bien entretenu,une cour pour garer les voitures La propreté est impeccable et l’accueil pour la remise des clés parfais:Fabienne est très sympathique,disponible et arrangeante Je recommande cette location exceptionnelle

Super Séjour, maison au top !

Nous avons un super séjour entre amis à St Trojan ! La maison est magnifique et de qualité, très bien aménagé pour 12 ! Une super terrasse ! on pouvait garer nos 4 voitures dans la cour, c'est top ! La maison secondaire est aussi très pratique (moins moderne mais fonctionnel, c'est ce qui compte ! Le ménage était fait mais il aurait pu être fait plus finement (beaucoup de traces sur les vitres ... ) Les serviettes étaient top toutes douces mais il manquait des tapis de bains dans les salles de bain et 1 ou 2 torchons pour la cuisine.
