The apartment has an open plan kitchen/lounge area with bespoke Olive veneered units and a breakfast bar. The marble flooring extends out at the same level into the terraced garden area with dual aspect sliding pocket doors. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area to provide sleeping accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. One double bedroom with mirrored wardrobe leads onto its own 10m2 terrace with seating facing onto the communal garden and courtyard area. There is a fully marbled tiled shower room/w.c.
The complex has a 20m X 10m secluded communal swimming pool with loungers. 200m walk from Bouillabaisse beach with its magical views and sunsets across the bay of St Tropez and only a 600m walk to the town. The complex has private secure gated access. There are a selection of restaurants in close proximity including the Fine dining restaurant La Vague D'Or as well as the renowned local Boullabaise restaurant and the classy/cool Pearl Beach Club vibe all within 5minutes walk.

The appartment was ok, but small. Not enough spaces for wardrobe.
