Pretty villa in a quiet subdivision near Dax (10 min)<br>The accommodations are 115 m² and includes a TV lounge with sofa, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, a master suite with bathroom toilet and dressing room overlooking the pool <br>A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster), a bathroom and a separate toilet. <br>WIFI connection.<br>Outside, large terrace (exposure) with deckchairs and garden furniture. <br>Swimming pool 6x3m <br>Petanque court <br>Outdoor parking space is also reserved for you.<br>On site, you will find a bakery with fresh bread, pastries etc<br><br>What to do in the area? Beach and surfing of course! <br>But also, the Lake of Léon with its supervised beach, its games for children and pedal boats, Stand-Up Paddle on the Lac d'Azur, Cycling around the lake of Vieux-Boucau or on our km of pine trails, Canoeing on the Palue (the little Amazon), walks in the forest, in a boat on the nature reserve of the Courant d'Huchet, going back in time to the village of Marquèze<br>Visit Capbreton, Hossegor, (about 30 min), Bayonne, Biarritz, St Jean de Luz, (about 50 min), the hinterland and even go to the Spanish side (about 1h) and eat tapas in San Sebastian....
