Villa Eldorado - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 8

This vacation home is located on the southern part of the island of Martinique, about 15 minutes from the town of Sainte-Anne.The villa offers a peaceful setting (a rocky path leads to the house - renting an adapted vehicle is preferable). The house is framed by a large field, there are no close neighbors.

Villa with Anti-intrusion alarm system that activates the built-in camera when the alarm is triggered and if movement is detected inside the villa; for a few seconds, a series of snapshots are taken.

The house of 120m² is composed of :
- 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (one master suite with a 180 cm bed with private bathroom - WC and shower, three double bedrooms: one 180 cm bed, one 160 cm bed and one 140 cm bed).
- an independent shower room, with WC
- a large living room
- a fully equipped kitchen
- independent WC on the ground floor
- a large outside terrace which surrounds the villa
- a swimming pool 7,5mx3m secured by a protective cover and its outside shower
- a garden
- an outside room

It is ideal for a quiet stay with family or friends.

The house has a gas barbecue, a TV with a basic subscription to Canal +, a Dolce Gusto Krups coffee machine. The house linen is provided (bed linen and towels) On-site anti-intrusion cameras

To do around :
- local fruit and vegetable market less than 10 minutes away by car
- several Creole restaurants within 10 minutes drive
- 3kms from the start of the Piton Creve Coeur hike (beautiful view of southern Martinique from the summit)
- 15 minutes by car from the center of Sainte-Anne where you will find all amenities (bank, mini-market, bakery, post office, fruit and vegetable market)
- 20 minutes drive from the beach of Les Salines
- 18 minutes from Pointe Marin beach where you will find many water sports activities and beach side restaurants
- Nearby point of interest: the blue eye, a natural basin on the seashore
When leaving the airport,get in otuch with the person in charge of your reception to tell him/her that you are leaving the airport.
At the exit of the airport, take the direction of SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and continue straight ahead.

After about 25 kilometers, you will arrive in Sainte-Luce and continue straight towards Le Marin. Go through Le Marin following the signs to Centre Ville, then at the exit of Le Marin, take the direction towards Sainte-Anne.

At the first traffic circle, take the 3rd exit towards Cap Macré. Then, follow the direction of Cap Chevalier.

At the intersection (Y-shaped), continue towards Cap Ferré.

Drive for about 1 kilometer, then immediately after a bridge with red and white railings, turn right (cemented road), then straight ahead for a few meters, then take a dirt road to the right of the mailboxes.

The villa will be at the end of this rocky path.
