Peace and relaxation are guaranteed in the shade of the walnut tree or by the fireplace. Amenities include a swing, a slide, and a sandbox for children. This former Berry farmhouse is attached to the owners' house and has a private landscaped garden. The ground floor comprises a living/dining room/fully equipped kitchen and a toilet.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and an attic bathroom with a toilet.
