In the heart of the Laurentians, at the center of two major tourist destinations, Mont-Tremblant and St-Sauveur, our loft offers you a view of motorless Lake Sarrazin. You will be charmed by it's location and calmness, outdoor private spa and warm decor. A few steps to the lake for swimming or kayaking. Indoor stone fireplace, outdoor fireplace, BBQ , double bath in the remodelled bathroom, large smart television and queen bed. Our loft can accommodate 2 people.

Enjoy this little nest, located in Sainte-Lucie-des-Laurentides, in the center of two tourist areas, St-Sauveur and Mont Tremblant. The whole space has been tastefully furnished and decorated lately. From a very large window, wake up to a view of motorless Lake Sarrazin. It will only take a few steps to get to the beach. In addition to a most pleasant swim, kayaks are at your disposal.

An impressive stone fireplace furnishes almost an entire wall of the loft. An outdoor fireplace is also available to brown marshmallows and a BBQ (charcoal not provided) for your grills! Find an outdoor spa available year round and a double bath in the remodelled bathroom. A large smart TV in the living room allows you to watch Netflix and YouTube, among others.

The loft is equipped with a micro kitchenette with the amenities to make a coffee or a small meal. Ideal for WARMING UP COOKED DISHES. To accommodate you: small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, two-ring hob, electric grill, kettle, coffee maker, etc. There is NO SINK in the kitchenette. Take advantage of the Café Bistro next door - it's really worth it!

The loft was thought and designed for guest in mind - you have access to everything.

To enter the loft, you will be assigned a door code 2 days before arrival.

We love making each of our guest's stay memorable. I am easily accesable over the phone.

- BBQ not available during December to April.

- Indoor bathtub is only for showering purposes.

- Our price is based on 2 nights and more for 1 night reservation there will be a price adjustment of 29$ after reservation made .

- 10 minutes from the loft, in the village of St-Agathe-des-Monts, you will find
grocery stores, a SAQ Sélection, gas stations and several restaurants.

- For a special occasion - an anniversary, a promotion, or just to pamper yourselves - get the ROMANTIC PACKAGE which includes:
* atificial flower's petals from the front door to the bed
* several candles
* a bottle of a sparkling non-alcoholic beverage with 2 champagne glasses
* chocolates

- You will be delighted by the succulent dishes, to eat on site or to go, as well as the warm beverages at Ravito Cafe, located nearly next door. You may order your meals before your stay.

HOUSE RULES

• YOU ARE WELCOME! PLEASE TREAT OUR LOFT WITH CARE AND RESPECT.

• NO SMOKING IN THE PROPERTY. If smoking outdoors, do not throw cigarette butts on the land and use the ashtrays provided outdoor.

• People come here to rest, recharge and relax. We ask you to respect the other guests. Please KEEP THE VOLUME LOW. No loud noise and music after 10pm.

• NO FOOD & BEVERAGES in the spa and bed.

• Recycling & trash has to be done with the bins in the designated area. Black bins for trash, green bins for recycling. Please respect triage of items going in each. It is located when you exit the resort through the private road on your left.

• Dishes will be washes by our cleaning team if any were used.

• Besides toilet paper, do not flush anything else in toilets (as tampons and wet ones) as they could block the septic tank and cost you a lot of money!!

• After using kayaks please LOCK THEM BACK.

• The municipal by-law forbids fireworks, firecrackers, & unclosed fire pits for security reasons and for the protection of everyone.

• Make sure the bonfire is extinguished when you leave the site.

• Concerning the indoor fireplace, keep glass doors or net closed when having a fire on. Make sure the fire is extinguished when going to bed or leaving.

• IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE NOT RESPECTED, CHARGES COULD BE APPLIED

• ALL DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE RESERVATION.


OTHERS TO NOTE

• The decision to rent this loft and therefore to use all facilities, such as Jacuzzi/ kayacs/ spa/ BBQ, is entirely at the renter's risk.

• The owners cannot be held responsible for any event resulting in death, injury, loss of personal effects, or damage whatsoever of the renter or of his/her guests.

• In the case of an uncontrollable situation (power failure, water shortage, sewers breakage, Wi-Fi interruption, spa breakage) no refund will be processed.
