L'habitation est tres bien placée dans une impasse calme et a proximité des commerces. C'est spacieux.On regrette la qualité du mobilier, pas a la hauteur du prix. L'impression d'être dans une brocante...Manque de chaises, mobilier extérieur vétuste, barbecue défectueux, canapés inconfortables et cassé pour l'un. Pas de fauteuil. Mobilier pas en nombre pour 10 personnes. Les finitions de la maison sont a terminer ! Dommage car beau potentiel mais prix injustifié en l'état ! Propriétaire attentionné et a l'écoute.
