We offer, in Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, this charming house of a surface of 83 m² and being able to accomodate until 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 250 m².

Good property- poor management company
The property was clean and as described. However, only one toilet roll was provided, there were no dishwasher tablets. The towels were small and of a poor standard. The smoke alarm was abandoned on top of the fridge with batteries removed. The property is located in a small town. The location was beautiful. There was a bar and attached mini market selling local produce. There was a creparie and a restaurant About two weeks ahead of arrival I received a form from Book&Pay (some third party) asking me to confirm my arrival time. I responded to that with a time. I also added comments that I wanted linen for one bed. I received an email to say bedding was 10€ (not 7). When I queried that I was told that the initial price was only indicative. Indicative to me meant within 10%. This was 42% more. However, I left that. They also asked for the cleaning fee 90€ in cash on arrival. I responded saying that cleaning was included in host fees and that had been paid. I sent a screenshot of the payment screen to support that. My additional complaint is we were not given any instructions about what to do with the rubbish, where the bins were located, the recycling and no advice ref the key when we vacated the house. I would definitely stay at the property again but would prefer not to use the third party managers.

Logement très bien placé pour visiter les sites du débarquement. Décoré avec soin, avec tout le confort nécessaire, je recommande. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, pleins de conseils.

Très bel endroit, spacieux avec une beau jardin clôturé, aménagé avec goût et pratique, boulangerie et épicerie /bar à deux pas, très proche des endroits chargés d'histoire de ce 6-6-44. Propreté irréprochable et accueil au top ! MERCI à bientôt Christiane, Dominique & Djago
