Notre appartement est idéalement situé, entre la piscine, le parc et la plage, au 1er étage d'un petit immeuble avec vue sur le golfe de Saint-Tropez.
Il se compose d'une chambre vue mer et d'une chambre donnant sur la piscine de la rĂ©sidence. Traversez 200 mĂštres le jardin botanique et vous ĂȘtes sur la plage. Cette rĂ©sidence Thalassa fait partie d'un beau domaine trĂšs calme et particuliĂšrement bien entretenu. Pour vous rendre dans le centre-ville il vous suffit de marcher 25 minutes sur la promenade qui longe la plage. Vous y trouverez restaurants, bars, marchĂ©s en plein air, boutiques, le casino et le port oĂč vous pourrez prendre le bateau qui traverse le golfe pour vous rendre Ă  St Tropez.

The Thalassa apartment, which can accommodate 4 people, is perfectly located. There is a sea view in the front and swimming pool two steps away at the back.

Crossing the 200 metres through the botanical garden will lead you to the beach. Thalassa is a part of a lovely quiet residential complex. Walking 25 minutes on the promenade along the beach, will take you to the city centre where you can find plenty of great restaurants, bars, night clubs, open markets, shops, a casino and the marina. From this marina you can take the boat across the gulf to visit St Tropez.

Parfait !!!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l'appartement de Caroline : propreté impeccable, bonne literie, clair, calme, avec une jolie vue sur le jardin botanique et la mer, bien équipé et joliment décoré, gai et coloré. Frigo rempli à notre arrivée d'une bouteille d'eau, de jus d'orange et de rosé ! Petite épicerie de base à disposition, boites de kleenex, tout est prévu ! Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer Caroline (séjour en mars 2018), mais la communication a été trÚs facile, rapide et pleine d'attentions. A recommander les yeux fermés. Merci Caroline. Quiet simplicity in a lovely location

Another wonderful stay in Ste. Maxime and we were delighted to stay at this lovely little apartment again. We have a four year old boy, so a quieter spot away from the bustle of the town was ideal for us. The apartment is perfect for a small family like ours or a couple. Breakfast on the balcony in the sunshine is always a favourite and having use of the pool and paddling pool is a real bonus. I love looking out over the botanical gardens and you can see the sea on one side and watch the boats. One of the nicest things is the cooling wind that comes through when you open the kitchen and patio windows. It's also an easy walking distance of a nice beach and easy drive to various locations along the coast. Caroline makes things simple, giving great directions to the apartment and there is a folder with suggested places to visit, restaurants etc. A lovely place!

Lovely apartment with pool, beach and park

We have stayed twice with our two young children and really enjoyed it. Clean, comfortable apartment that was exactly as described and very helpful owners who accommodated our requests e.g. for a travel cot and a late checkout. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely clean pool with a paddling pool for the toddlers, a short walk through shady gardens with playground for the kids, to the beach which was clean, sections of both sand and pebbles to choose from, and some beach bars/restaurants. A 20 min walk into town which has lovely restaurants, shops, and beach as well as boat across to St Tropez. Highly recommended - we hope to be back again!

Charmantes Appartement in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohung liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage mit einem schönen und sauberen Pool. Die grĂŒne Umgebung und die anderen Bewohner haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden. Der Weg zum Strand durch den botanischen Garten war schön und nur ca. 5 min lang. Die Ausstattung des Appartements sowie das Badezimmer waren soweit fĂŒr die Ferien in Ordnung und modern, es gab auch Liegen fĂŒr den Pool und ein paar Strandbasics zur Nutzung. Ein paar KĂŒchenbasics haben uns als Selbst-und-gerne-Kochern gefehlt, diese haben wir dann selbst besorgt (z.B. KĂŒchenschere/Knoblauchpresse etc., also eher Kleinigkeiten). Töpfe/Pfannen waren eher mittelmĂ€ĂŸig und nicht alle passend fĂŒr die kleine Kochplatte. Sie könnten einmal erneuert werden (z.B. Topf mit defektem Deckel). Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen wunderbaren Strandurlaub. Drei Dinge, die je nach Alter und Vorlieben vllt. noch wichtig sind, wir jedoch nicht als generell negativ bezeichnen wĂŒrden: 1.) Das Appartement ist nur ĂŒber einen etwas eigenwillig angelegten Treppenzugang erreichbar (mehrmals rauf und runter), was fĂŒr kleinere Kinder oder Familien, bzw. Ă€ltere Personen problematisch werden könnte. 2.) Die Luftzirkulation in der Wohnung war trotz gemĂ€ĂŸigten 28-32 Grad und zwei Ventilatoren schwer zu regeln. Wir hatten besonders nachts Schwierigkeiten, andere Appartements in dem Komplex haben Klimaanlagen... 3.) Die Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer (französisches Doppelbett = 1,40 breit) war sehr hart. Das ist sicher Geschmack-/Gewöhnungssache, bzw. hĂ€ngt von Einzelnen ab, wir haben es als sehr unangenehm empfunden und tatsĂ€chlich auch schlecht geschlafen.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Das war eine tolle Woche „unter der Sonne genau“! Das Appartement ist genau so schön wie auf den Fotos. Die kleine KĂŒche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Alles war da: Von einer guten Pfanne bis hin zum PĂŒrrierstab und und und. Zudem gab es GewĂŒrze, SpĂŒlmaschinentabs und auch im Bad warteten Duschgel, FlĂŒssigseife bis hin zur Bodylotion. Wir kamen an Silvester und im KĂŒhlschrank war nicht nur Milch, Saft und Wasser, sonern auch eine richtige gute Flasche Sekt! Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Carolines Mutter begrĂŒĂŸt. Der Kontakt zu Caroline war unkommpliziert und sehr herzlich. Das Appartement liegt nur ein paar Minuten vom Strand entfernt, und in den Ortskern lĂ€uft man entspannt eine 1/2 Stunde. Wir haben eine Woche fantastisches Wetter gehabt und die KĂŒste sowie die kleinen Bergdörfer genossen. Bestimmt kommen wir noch einmal wieder! Insofern ein großes MERCI und au revoir!!

GemĂŒtliche Ferienwohnung fĂŒr Familien

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, hatten uns schon GetrĂ€nke in den KĂŒhlschrank gestellt. Der Blick vom Schlafzimmerfenster aus ist einfach toll, wenn man morgens aufsteht. Zum Strand nur ein paar Minuten, nach Saint Maxime Zentrum allerdings 20 Minuten. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man so braucht, sehr sauber. Der Pool hat uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen, es waren weder Liegen noch Sonnenschirme am Pool, also sehr einfach, aber fĂŒr Kinder reicht es.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt direkt vor dem Garten Eden mit Blick auf die Cote d'Azur

Leider haben wir (3 Erwachsene, ein Kind) nur eine Woche (Ende Mai) in dieser wunderbar eingerichteten und sauberen Wohnung verbracht. Jeden Morgen wird man von singenden Vögeln geweckt, die in dem anliegenden Garten hausen und aus dem unglaubliche DĂŒfte emporsteigen, die die ganze Gegend einhĂŒllen. Die Vermieterin hat an alles gedacht und dafĂŒr gesorgt, dass wir eine unvergessliche Woche hatten, die eindeutig zu kurz ausgefallen ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und spiegelt die Schönheit und Eleganz der Cote d'Azur wider. DarĂŒber hinaus war die gesamte Anlage (inkl. des Pools) in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Eines ist sicher: wir kommen wieder.

A very relaxing week's break!

As our 19-year-old daughter wanted a relaxing holiday by the sea to rest from her studies but could only spare one week with her parents in her busy summer schedule, this flat seemed to fit the bill and definitely didn't disappoint. It's ideally located in close walking distance to the beach and has a very nice, decent-sized pool just behind the flat. We had a very lazy time, spending our days alternating between beach and pool and walking in to Saint-Maxime along the seafront in the evening for ice-cream and to see the port and nightlife. We were also ideally placed, on the seafront across from the flat, to see the 15th August firework displays in both Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez. The flat has everything you need and having the balcony and seaview to look at on the right-hand side is very pleasant indeed. The second bedroom isn't as big as the main bedroom but we found it was still suitable for my daughter to share with her friend who joined us after we arrived. A family of four (even with teenagers/young adults) could stay there comfortably. Last but not least, Caroline was very helpful, going out of her way to accommodate our needs before and on our arrival at the flat. We would definitely recommend it.

Great for families or couple, close to beach.

We stayed at the beginning of August not having been to ste. Maxime before. The apartment is as stated in the description and very welcoming. It is close to tennis club and beach but also a little park, which our children 3 and 6 enjoyed as a break from the water. The swimming pool was safe and kids happy to splash around. Apartment had everything, only thing we might have done with is extra fan but everything far exceed expectations. The check in and check efficient and easy. Thanks for helping to provide our family with a lovely landing pad for all of our fun.

Klein aber sehr fein

Die Ferienwohnung in der Residenz Thalassa war sehr zentral gelegen. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und der Pool war direkt gegenĂŒber. Zum Zentrum von Sainte Maxim brauchte man 15 Gehminuten. Nach Saint - Tropez hat man aufgrund der VerkehrsLage fast eine Stunde gebraucht, irgendwie war immer Stau 😕 Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was braucht und es hat nichts gefehlt, sodass fĂŒr das leiblichen Wohl gesorgt werden konnte. Was uns sehr freudig ĂŒberrascht hatte war das der KĂŒhlschrank bei unserer Ankunft mit GetrĂ€nken befĂŒllt war.
