"Large old house for rent in the heart of the village
Located in a pedestrian zone, in the heart of the old village of Saintes Maries de la Mer, 3 minutes' walk from the beach, 2 minutes from the arenas of the fortified church and all shops, in a quiet area, this village house of more than 100 m², hyper functional and tastefully renovated, will be ideal for staying in all seasons with family or friends. It consists on the ground floor of a large living/dining room with open kitchen in a central island fully equipped (induction hob, conventional oven, microwave, refrigerators, freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, etc.) opening onto a large enclosed outdoor terrace sheltered by a pergola, with plancha and outdoor shower for returning from the beach. Internet access, wifi, audio system, video projector and closed wood fireplace for the winter add to the comfort of the house. Upstairs 3 double bedrooms, with large walk-in showers and sinks, one with balcony, and a small dormitory with 3 single bunk beds".
