The staff were very courteous and professional. Hotel is steps away from the beach, but you also have access to two pools! Slept like a baby in the comfortable bed. Lots of dining options. We ate at the buffet in the dining room as well as at the bar. KUDOS to the chef and the wait staff. We had a wonderful time. The only downside… just outside the hotel many of the businesses are permanently closed. But the resort was so nice we had no problem spending our time on the property.

Clean room, clean exterior, food at the Terrace was perfect. Teppanyaki needs work; it had three sauces in front of me, but I never knew what they were or what they were for. The chefs do cook a great meal, but if you're used to a show, it's not going to happen. Suggest they train in true Teppanyaki style, like flipping shrimp, cracking eggs, etc. But even though this was disappointing, the rest was fabulous, so I don't want to let one experience bring down the great review this place deserves.

Everything was great. Just a suggestion to the management: Both bathrooms need towel hooks for vanities and perhaps more towel hooks and/or towel bars for the main bathroom. The newly renovated guestroom/suite was very nice. Thank you for the loving memories we were able to make.

I love this hotel. Beautiful, clean (the staff clean everything every day), artfully designed. Love that the bathroom had a bidet. It’s right on Micro Beach and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and helpful. I love everything about it!
