Parfait !

Super appartement : grand, confortable, bien agencé et bien équipé, trÚs calme malgré son emplacement le long d'une avenue (la chambre est bien en retrait par rapport à la rue, on n'entend aucun bruit de circulation). Il est également trÚs bien placé : 25 min à pied de la gare, 10 min de la Plaza Mayor, deux supermarchés à moins de 5 minutes, et nombreux commerces à proximité (dont une churreria pile en face !) Beatriz nous a accueillis trÚs chaleureusement et a toujours répondu trÚs rapidement à nos messages. Bref, nous sommes enchantés et recommandons cette location sans hésiter ! L'appartement est bien situé, non loin du centre historique. Beatriz est trÚs accueillante. Si vous venez en voiture, il faudra vous garer dans les rues du quartier. Il y avait des places libres quand nous y étions.

Beatriz et sa famille nous ont accueilli à l'heure convenue pour nous présenter l'appartement et nous expliquer comment visiter Salamanca et les subtilités du stationnement local.. L'appartement est trÚs Cosy, aménagé avec goût par Beatriz. Convient parfaitement à une famille de quatre. Le Wifi est trÚs apprécié par les adolescents Idéalement situé pour découvrir les différents monuments de Salamanca et également proche des commerces.

Beautiful and cozy apartment, has everything you need (and coffee/tea and cookies were a very nice bonus). Beatriz was a lovely host, quick to respond to any questions, and was very gracious when we were a bit late (and a bit lost) for our check in time. The location is perfect, close to everything, and only a few mins walk to the beautiful Plaza Mayor. There is paid parking right across the street or you can cruise the streets close to the apartment to find free 24 hr parking. Look for the white lined spots, it can take a bit to find a free one but they are around! We would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to stay in Salamanca. 10/10.

We loved staying in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Salamanca. We were welcomed by Beatriz who showed us around, the property is very spacious with high quality furnishings. It was very comfortable and well-equipped and there is a lovely view on to the street. It is a few minutes walk to the historic city and Plaza Mayor. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and also supermarkets. We parked in the 24hr secure public car park 50m across the street which is good value for a number of days if you book online.We really enjoyed our stay here and exploring the city and the surroundings. Furthermore, we would recommend this apartment and happily return. Thank you, Beatriz.

Helle und schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation mit ihr hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist hell, gerÀumig, sehr sauber und schön und sehr zentral. In der Wohnung befindet sich ein Aufzug. In direkter Nahe befinden sich eine Bushaltestelle sowie SupermÀrkte, Cafés und Apotheken. Salamanca ist definitiv einen Besuch wert und eine wunderschöne Stadt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung und Gastgeberin bestens weiterempfehlen!

Wonderful apartment for visiting Salamanca

This is the best apartment we’ve stayed so far. It is well located, beautifully furnished (not the IKEA apartment we usually find for STR). The host greeted us warmly and provided us with coffee, creamer, snacks and other beverages. The apartment is well stocked, close to grocery and restaurants, and easy walk to all the main attractions in the old town. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure for the shower is great. We would recommend anyone visiting Salamanca to stay here without hesitation. Oh, and the churrería stand across the street is great too! We watched people lining up for fresh churros every day, and finally had to get some for ourselves 😊

A beautiful trip to Salamanca.

Beatriz and her property are both wonderful. I stayed here with a colleague in June 2024 for a work conference and this apartment was perfect for the occasion. Two separate bedrooms allowed for privacy, but the kitchen and living room are there when you need it! Stocked with utensils, sugar, milk, tea and coffee, cookies, and more, this apartment is in perfect distance from a handful of attractions that would drive me to return.

Great apartment, great location

My wife and I visited friends in Salamanca and stayed at Beatriz’s apartment. She was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The plaza is a 5 minute walk, and there are two supermercados less than 5 minutes away. The street in front of the apartment is tree lined and lovely with a park just 3 minutes away. There are coffee shops, bakeries, bars down the street, all within a 4-5 minute stroll. The apartments has very fast wifi, with a washing machine, coffee maker, and dishwasher. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Salamanca bidit

A very stylish and comfortable apartment close to the old city centre of Salamanca. Everything you could need is in walking distance, and it is a beautiful and friendly city. There were preparations ongoing for a big festival when we arrived, and a number of roads were closed, which caused our GPS to send us in circles. We became totally lost! In hindsight I think it would be better to enter Santa Trinidad Gardens in the GPS, which will take you very close to the apartment.

Amazing Semana Santa!

We spent the Holy Week at Beatriz’ apartment and it was amazing! It was clean, well situated in town - super close to the plaza Mayor and many other great amenities within Salamanca. Beatriz was super helpful and willing to go out of her way - even when we locked ourselves out of the apartment at 9 PM!! We will always reach out to her when we visit Salamanca again.

Perfect in every way!

Impeccable Apartment. Excellent Stay!

We loved staying here. Beatriz greeted us warmly and explained all the conveniences in the apartment that were available to us at our disposal. This apartment was stupendous. It felt like a real home during our stay in Salamanca. I loved the view from the living room to the lively city outside, with so many shops, beauty salons, bakeries, restaurants, a parking garage across the street... So convenient, I would live there permanently! The old town with all the interesting attractions are a short stroll away, like Plaza Mayor, all the shops, and the University of Salamanca, the cathedral, and so much to see! All within walking distance to this fantastic and welcoming home away from home. I recommend this stay to anyone. Perfect for a family, as it has two comfortable rooms, all with new furnishings. You will enjoy staying here. We loved it.

Spacious, economical, central

This apartment keeps you pinching yourself. Lovely decor as well as comfortable, easily accommodated two with room left over for extra guests, and the best surprise, a two minute walk puts one inside the area of the medieval buildings and their architectural charm. The rate belies its top quality. Most attentive hostess.
