An excellent starting point for many excursions to discover the region. Don't leave without visiting a typical Provençal market with local produce, such as the one in Bagnols on Wednesdays. You must visit Languedoc-Roussillon for its charming beach resorts, centuries-old fishing harbours and luxurious marinas and explore the nearby popular towns of Carcassonne, Montpellier, Narbonne, Nîmes and Perpignan.
