The Domaine de Bel-Air: Solognote charm and authenticity

Available for seasonal rental: Bel-Air, a unique residence just a few strides from the shops of the charming little town of Salbris.
This large mansion, completely renovated between 2017 and 2019 is ideally located in the heart of Sologne and allows for optimum cultural and sporting influence: riders will appreciate its proximity to the Equestrian Park of Lamotte-Beuvron (15 minutes) and hunters , its perfect location, near magnificent areas and the Game-fair. The castles of Chambord, Cheverny or Villesavin are only a few kilometers away.
Its authentic charm and its park, will also satisfy the most strollers who simply wish to rest and have a good time with family or friends.
The large 30m2 kitchen offers gourmets a perfect space to prepare meals that will be served on the large table that can accommodate up to 12 people. Last renovation, the attic which will be the place from the end of 2019 of a large play area, a second living room and an extra bedroom.
Tourist taxes, linen and cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the rental price.

Over 200 years old but still fully functional for the present day. Ideally situated on the edge of a well equipped town with shops, bars, restaurants, recreational facilities and much else besides. Ideal for a quiet relaxing break.

Un excellent séjour en Sologne
Nous avons passé un merveilleux week end en Sologne, dans le domaine de Bel Air. La maison est très confortable, avec de beaux espaces et un superbe parc. La région alentour est magnifique également. Enfin, l'accueil a été charmant, tout était très bien organisé.

un jardin très agréable et une maison qui reste fraiche ;-)
Jardin clos immense: épatant pour les enfants de tous âges. Grande maison typique du coin qui reste fraiche si on sait la protéger des ardeurs du soleil. Proximité du village et de la piscine: 10 min à pied pour chaque. C'est épatant car on n'a pas besoin de la voiture pour la vie de tous les jours.

Le charme d'une ancienne demeure solognote, certes en ville, mais entourée d'un parc clos arboré, l'endroit idéal pour se retrouver en famille et fêter Noël ! Tout le confort actuel : des pièces de vie très agréables, lumineuses, et chaleureuses, une cuisine bien équipée, des chambres spacieuses et confortables, pièces d'eau attenantes à chaque chambre et grande salle de jeux au dernier étage. Tout pour bien réussir notre séjour ! A refaire sans hésiter ! L'année prochaine peut-être ...?

Séjour Salbris
Séjour très agréable dans cette maison aux volumes agréables et à la décoration simple et de bon gout. La literie est de très bonne qualité et les salles d'eau bien pensées pour de nombreux habitants. Le jardin est bien appréciable avec une bonne superficie ombragée et de beaux arbres. L’hôtes et la personne en charge de l’accueil et du suivi ont été très accueillants. Cette belle propriété est placée néanmoins proche d’une route assez passante. Si le bruit n’est pas dérangeant à l‘intérieur de la maison, le trafic est parfois bruyant lorsque l’on se trouve sur la terrasse. Cette situation permet en revanche de se rendre très facilement à Salbris à pied pour les courses du quotidien. Ce petit désagrement ne gâche pas la qualité du séjour que nous avons passé en ce lieu qui permet d’organiser des activités aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur pour 10 personnes

Maison et parc magnifiques, au calme et à 10 mns à pied du centre de Salbris, de ses commerces, de son marché. Bonne literie, super salle de jeux dans les combles. très belle région à proximité des chateaux de la Loire. Seul bémol, les 2 sanitaires un peu vétustes.
