Apartment 'Ferienwohnung Bretterschlupf' with Shared Garden, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The Bretterschlupf vacation apartment is approx. 85 m² in size, spread over 2 floors and offers space for up to 6 people. The large dining table seats approx. 12 people. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. 2 sofa beds in the living room offer enough space for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area but cannot be seen through a partition wall. The living area is comfortably furnished and there is also a dining area with a large Swedish stove. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and WC. The apartment also has a beautifully furnished wooden balcony with a wonderful view of the nature reserve (Affenberg). Heiligenberg Castle can also be seen from the balcony.

The old sawmill (built in 1798) with a running wooden water wheel offers a unique environment: for living, relaxing, for sporting activities, wellness in our own outdoor sauna above the mill wheel (free to use at any time), a nap in a deckchair by the stream or sitting by the campfire. Simply relax and unwind. You can bathe in our mill stream, the water quality is spring water level. The central location of Salem-Buggensegel allows you to easily explore Lake Constance, the Alps, thermal baths, castles and palaces in the border triangle (Austria, Switzerland, Germany). Table tennis, giant trampoline, swings, golf, cycling, sailing, surfing, swimming etc. are all possible in the house or nearby.
