The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the room had a strong odor coming from the drainage system, which was quite unpleasant. I also found hair on the pillow upon arrival, and a dead roach on bedside.

The staff was fine and we had no issues with the customer service, the (3) issues are regarding the hotel itself. Bugs. We kept the windows closed at all times but a few times when we came back I would have to deal with a spider or the bug the size of a medium cockroach. The shower. While the shower itself is nice and has hot water, the issue is the shower head isn't movable so you shoulder keeps bumping into the wall and it's very uncomfortable. Paper thing walls. If you're going to book this hotel make sure you DON'T get a room on the main floor or under the main floor. YOU WILL HEAR EVERYTHING. The hotel was nice and clean. I was put in a room in the basement with no real windows or ventilation causing everything to be kind of damp. The internet didn't work in the basement either (maybe it was just our room). I would recommend staying here - just ask for a room that is not in the basement. The staff were nice and the place was clean and well located.
