The shower was by far the worst part, dirty walls mold all over hair in the shower I felt VERY dirty while trying to get clean! And my down comforter blanket had a stain all over.

We've stayed at this Comfort Inn previously and don't remember it being as poor of an experience. Our rooms were dirty - think stains everywhere (on the sheets, chair, lampshade) - as well as the bathroom (none of us would use the tub/shower, and there were stains on the floor!). Also, in addition to having stains, a lampshade in the room was left in slight disarray, adding to the overall poor quality of the room.

I liked that even though the kitchen was closed, we were offered milk so my son could go to sleep because it was late and everywhere was closed. My son usually travels well but days in the car started getting to him and once again Melissa(I hope that's her name) at the desk helped cheer him up.

It was great to have a warm welcome after such a long drive from the receptionist who's name i think was Melissa or something, its been a few days. Anyway, she was super nice to my 2 year old son and very helpful with whatever we needed. It was also nice to have an EV charger to charge overnight so i didnt have to waste time at the supercharger in the morning. Breakfast was great, better than most hotels I've stayed in. Plus the room was quiet and clean and just the right temperature to be confortable. I go between Minnesota and Texas quite often and I think this will be my exclusive stop for my halfway point from now on.

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there were 3 bugs I had to kill in the bathroom and also even though description said free breakfast was included the breakfast area didn’t open until 8 and we couldn’t wait until then.

Pros: Front desk woman was professional, courteous & went above & beyond to personally replace the defective microwave in my room; finally a bathroom fan; high ceilings; no popcorn ceiling; relatively newer or recently renovated; smoke & pet free hotel Cons: Included breakfast options were limited; water dispensor in workout room was smelly tap water, not filtered, filter probably not replaced for a while Conclusion: overall adequate option; convenient location; good value

Great accessibility

People were friendly and helpful! We have been on an extended road trip with a family member who is in a wheel chair and have stayed in a couple Comfort Inns their accessible rooms have been by far the best particularly the bathrooms.
