Be aware... No WiFi and AC

The location of the condo is great. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, beach. The view from the huge balcony is breathtaking. However, the condo doesn’t have air conditioning nor WiFi ... most restaurants around don’t have WiFi either, so it’s very inconvenient. It’s difficult to sleep at night because is very hot in the bedrooms. There is 4 bathrooms with shower, however only one shower out of 4 was working ( in 2 of them there was no pressure..., the third one was plugged). The condo was relatively clean ( except the bedsheets), and well taken care of.

Big apartment with beautiful balcony

This apartment was perfect for our big family. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and eating in. The security staff at the lobby were very courteous and helpful. The fireworks display from this location was spectacular for New Year's eve. Really well located near all the restaurants and activities. The only negative was that sometimes there was no hot water for showering and also no Wifi.

Perfect beach home!

My family stayed in this home over New Years and it was the perfect location. View was amazing, close to restaurants and bars, and only 10 minute walk to Chipipe beach. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen and rooms. The rooms were a great size and each had a bathroom which was ideal. Javier was the guard that gave us the keys and showed us around. He was very nice and helpful and always was very quick to assist with anything. The staff is friendly and helpful! Felt safe the entire time. Would recommend this home to any large groups! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Frustrating and disappointing

Our initial reaction was Wow! 4 great sized bedrooms, great oversized balcony, stunning views We had issues with all the bathrooms No hot water and no pressure in all showers. No one felt the showers had been cleaned prior to our arrival We also had to wash glassware, coffee pot prior to use Owner advised and committed to fixing the problem the showers and bathrooms. Slightly improved but not fixed Local contact doesn’t speak any English, but he tried to be helpful Location was good during the day,right on the beach but it can be very noisy on a Saturday night Would suggest you confirm with owner how long security deposit will be held

Fantastic Condo!

This spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath with perfect deck and great beach front view was an ideal location for our holiday. Great access to restaurants. Security was very helpful and effective. Part of our stay was during carnival and was fun to watch the people celebrate. Highly recommend Salinas and this unit. Thank you David for all your help.
