This property is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a brilliant getaway. Whether you're relaxing in the cozy living room with the indoor fireplace or enjoying the pool on a hot day, we think our place will help you experience everything the Monterey Bay has to offer. Dogs: if you are bringing a dog please let us know up front so we can go over some ground rules.
Pool: heating both pool and spa is $200 per day. Heating just the spa is only $100 per day. 2 day minimum required.
Max guest count is 8 guests at all times. If you plan on having additional guests over at anytime this is grounds for cancelling your reservation.
CELL RECEPTION: There is no wireless cell phone coverage at the property because of the location. We have reliable wifi via Starlink throughout the property, pool area, and outbuildings. Please keep this in mind if it will be an issue for you.
QUIET HOURS FROM 10 PM TO 8 AM. Please respect. ***Very important: regarding our property line, please do not walk onto area where horse trailers are or onto property to the right once you enter the gate. You may walk along the driveway which is a shared easement but not to the right or left of it. The property surrounding the pond and the dirt path to the left of it are indeed part of our property but not the property where the horses are.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Discriminatory and Unprofessional Treatment by Host – Booking with Daniel 7/29-31 [Property # 4518056 / VR250042] I’m writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a deeply disappointing and troubling experience with a recent booking hosted by Daniel. This was my first time using VRBO, My family booked this home for a two-night stay for a reunion. From the moment we arrived, the host’s behavior was unwelcoming. Shortly after check-in, I walked briefly along the driveway — the only access point to the home — to take a photo of the front gate so my son could locate the entrance. Daniel then messaged us with accusations of photographing neighboring homes and claimed we were not allowed to walk more than 100 feet beyond the house — a rule never mentioned in the listing or house instructions.For context, guests must drive through a small neighborhood to reach the property gate. Once through the gate, the driveway splits — one direction leads to a closed, gated area (which we did not enter), and the other leads directly to the house we booked, situated at the very end of the drive.We did not trespass or approach any neighboring properties. We simply walked to the gate, took a photo, and returned. In all my years staying at vacation rentals, I have never been told I couldn’t walk on the property I ren

Very Beautiful Property and visually stunning. Love how secluded this place is and the outdoor areas are far superior than any other place I have stayed. Inside is gorgeous, and the kitchen is to die for. Great Appliances. Beds are really comfortable and it is very awesome that each bedroom has its own bathroom w/ shower.There is zero cellular service here; but the owner has a starlink internet dish which allows phone calls and data.Having said this, this VRBO is currently up for sale and it is apparent the realtor is advertising this property to the temporary guests using VRBO. There are very little utensils to cook with. The pots, pans, plates, cups etc all needed to be washed prior to use as it was apparent the previous guest used the dishwasher and left a significant amount of residue. The cleaning crew that prepared the house for my arrival was obviously in a rush. Spider webs in the ceiling, under the beds were not cleaned with what looked like clumps of dog hair under one of the smaller guest rooms. There is only 1 TV in the entire home, and being of a smaller size with limited seating in the living room; if you like watching TV it can be difficult to view. There are so many dual doors to go between the front and back areas; however no screens so if you leave them open to get a great cross breeze through the home, a significant amount of bugs will enter the home. Overall, I loved this place; but am always transparent when leaving reviews.

Beautiful Home
The house is beautiful, in great condition, its a great house to gather, It suited us perfectly. Its secluded but easy to get to and sounds beautiful at night.
