I had a very negative experience the day I checked out with the hotel front desk attendant and when I asked her name she told me her name was front desk. I made a complaint with her manager so I will see how that goes.

This is a great hotel. I would definitely return. The housekeeping staff could do a better job. They didn't make the bed. They literally just pulled back the cover. Others it was great

This location definitely met our needs for the two nights we were in the area. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I wish I had been informed of the $100 fee that was tacked onto my bill at the beginning so I didn't have to question it. It was for incidentals, and has been credited, but I think guests should be advised at checkin. Would stay here again.
