The Gîte "Côté Cour" overlooks the pretty flowered and sunny courtyard of 500 m2. The house is on 2 floors:

- On the ground floor, open kitchen, living-dining room with fireplace, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet;
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (140 cm bed) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 cm + a bunk bed and a bathroom with bath and toilet.
- Outside, under the pergola , a large family garden table to take your meals sheltered from the sun.

The house is equipped with a washing machine, television, barbecue and garden furniture; in the kitchen: a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and microwave. Sheets and household linen are provided.
Price according to season and number of nights. Minimum of 2 nights, 7 nights Minimum in very high season from mid-July to the end of August.

Séjour dans un cadre très agréable !

Sophie, la propriétaire du lieu a pris le temps de nous faire découvrir ce domaine plein de charme, la maison est agréable avec sa cour intérieure qui permet aux enfants de jouer en sécurité. Le vin produit sur place est très bon et la ville de Carcassonne est facile d’accès… un séjour entre amis réussi ! Nous reviendrons voir avec plaisir la suite des projets!!! Magnifique domaine au calme

Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec des amis dans le gîte côté cour. Le domaine est superbe. Sophie et Richard sont des hôtes très accueillants, très disponibles pour des conseils sur les visites à faire et autres... séjour reposant. Surtout ne pas rater la dégustation de vins du domaine : nous sommes tous repartis avec des cartons ! Le gîte côté cour est le plus ancien, il mériterait un petit rafraîchissement mais cela n'a en rien entaché notre séjour. Bien équipé, literies confortables. En conclusion : nous reviendrons au Domaine de la Villatade !

Cadre magnifique au coeur des vignes

Nous avons apprécié le cadre en pleine nature et en particulier la très belle piscine dont la temperature de l'eau est malheureusement trop froide pour certains. Le gite souffre quant à lui de l'étroitesse des 2 salles de bain qui conviennent difficilement pour 8 personnes d'autant que les wc ne sont pas séparés. Séjour agréable cependant.

Un chouette moment et lieu au milieu du Minervois

Rien que pour la piscine....

tout était top vraiment. Mais ce que nous retiendrons avant tout c'est cette piscine aux mensurations extravagantes cernée de vignes. Magnifique, vraiment.

The perfect spot for those who enjoy the countryside, the vineyards and the wine.

Richard and Sophie are charming hosts invested in taking care of their guests. This is a beautiful country spot amidst the vines with a truly magical pool. We has a four bedroom house on the courtyard and ate dinner each night in the open. We would certainly return.

Un endroit unique, magique

Comment ne pas aimer la Villatade ? Arriver sur ce lieu et découvrir un endroit magnifique où l'on se sent bien tout de suite. Les bâtiments pleins d'histoire et de beauté, une cour abritée. Tout autour, des balades à faire dans un paysage et une nature comme on aime en voir. Quel bonheur de se baigner dans ce bassin naturel et son eau claire (non traitée !), bordé de vieux platanes et laissant une vue sur la plaine, les montagnes et le village de Sallèles. Le plaisir de déguster sur place des vins délicieux. Belle rencontre avec les propriétaires charmants sans oublier le chat et l'incroyable Max, le chien. Oui, vraiment difficile de ne pas aimer ce lieu...

Nous étions une famille de neuf, le domaine de la villatade était parfaitement situé pour intéresser chacun d'entre nous. Très belles balades aux alentours. La propriété vinicole est magnifique et promet de l'être plus encore après d'autres aménagements, beaucoup de charme et un point particulier qui nous a tous séduits, un chien exceptionnel, impossible de ne pas aimer les chiens après avoir rencontré celui-ci. Des vacances idéales

Nous avons passé 2 semaines sur le domaine (famille 4 personnes) et le mot "vacances" a pris toute sa signification : un gîte parfait, totalement conforme à la description, le bassin de baignade très agréable, un environnement exceptionnel et... des vins à découvrir absolument. Sans oublier peut être le plus important : des propriétaires très gentils, toujours disponibles et surtout extrêmement sympathiques, qui ont un sens de l'accueil exceptionnel. Recommander ce gîte ? Pas trop fort, sinon nous n'aurons plus de place pour les prochaines années.
