- Ground Floor:

Upon entering, you’ll find a small patio that leads to the interior via a set of stairs. The fully equipped kitchen and the spacious living/dining room provide everything you need to feel at home. There is a double sofa bed. From the dining area, you can access a second terrace offering breathtaking views of the sea and Cala Crancs—an ideal spot to relax while listening to the soothing sound of the waves.



- Upper Floor:

This level features two cosy bedrooms and a recently renovated bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom includes a double bed and access to a private terrace with sea views. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, making it perfect for children or additional guests. The bathroom is accessible from both the hallway and the master bedroom.



GOOD TO KNOW



- Group bookings are not accepted.

- Pets are not allowed.

- There are two air conditioning units: one in the living room and another in the upstairs hallway to cool the bedrooms.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

- Even if barbecues appear in the photos, their use is strictly prohibited within the complex.

- Prime location.

- Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price. Guests must complete an online registration process at least 24 hours before arrival, including providing all required guest details in compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all necessary payments. Otherwise, key collection cannot be guaranteed. The agency will contact you in advance with detailed instructions. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
