LAYOUT



The house, with a capacity for 6 guests, is part of an exclusive residential complex comprising 24 townhouses, all sharing over 3,000 m² of landscaped gardens and a communal swimming pool. From this area, a delightful seaside path leads directly to the beach. If you’re travelling with young children, we recommend using the street access for added convenience.



- Ground Floor:

Upon entering, you’ll find a small patio that leads to the interior via a set of stairs. The fully equipped kitchen and the spacious living/dining room provide everything you need to feel at home. There is a double sofa bed. From the dining area, you can access a second terrace offering breathtaking views of the sea and Cala Crancs—an ideal spot to relax while listening to the soothing sound of the waves.



- Upper Floor:

This level features two cosy bedrooms and a recently renovated bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom includes a double bed and access to a private terrace with sea views. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, making it perfect for children or additional guests. The bathroom is accessible from both the hallway and the master bedroom.
