This house has it all: spacious, stylish, modern, quiet, and very reasonably priced! We've added all of the amenities that guests are looking for: From the hot tub to the entertainment rooms, there will be plenty of things to help you feel right at home while you're here. The home was redesigned and furnished from the ground up to be a vacation home, so it isn't cluttered with any personal belongings of the owners and it has everything you need.
The home has a very modern open floorplan, which means that you and your group can be in adjoining rooms, yet still feel that you're spending time together since the rooms flow together well. There are two large TV rooms with several streaming channels like HBO Max, Netflix, Prime Video, Paramount+, Disney+, etc. The dining area seats 14 people and opens up to the back patio where there are additional dining seats. The kitchen is brand new and has everything you'll need to cook large meals for your family. The bedrooms all have new beds with deluxe mattresses and bedding for a perfect night's sleep. The neighborhood is a very quiet residential area but it's close to several great restaurants and grocery stores.
The home has two separate driveways with plenty of room for several cars. The private back yard is fully fenced with a 6-foot fence and has a large hot tub. There is a covered awning with two small tables. Dogs are welcome but require a small fee. No cats allowed. All cancellations made within the cancellation window will have to pay a 3% fee for the total amount paid to cover credit card processing fees.

IMPORTANT: In accordance with local vacation rental laws, this house cannot have more than 20 people in it. That includes children. The next-door neighbor is a county code compliance officer and he will definitely hear the noise and ruin your vacation if you're planning on having more than 20 people on the property. You will be leaving immediately and you will get no refunds. If he takes away our permit, you'll be responsible for the damages to our business.
