This beautiful Tudor will provide you and your guests with everything necessary for your stay in Salt Lake City. The house is equipped with a hot tub, fenced-in yard, fully equipped kitchen, free parking for (3) vehicles, two (2) king-sized beds, two (2) queen-sized beds, and two (2) twin-sized beds.

The house is located by the University at the corner of 13th east and 13th south. Quick access to Sugarhouse, Downtown, University, Airport, and Ski Resorts


The space
This upper east side Tudor home contains new contemporary comfortable furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, fiber internet, comfortable large beds, and a hot tub for you and/or your party's use, ideal for longer stays.

This upper east side home contains a fully equipped kitchen to host dinners and events for your party.

Kitchen amenities include Coffee pots, Pots, and Pans, Propane fired grill, Juicer, Blender, a Cappuccino machine, a Full dinner set, Wine glasses & aerator, pizza cutters & pans, and more.

The house is infant friendly as a Pack-and-Play is provided for your use.

The house is provided with a large dog kennel for your four-legged family member.

All living rooms contain comfortable sofas, and comfortable pillows/blankets so that you may enjoy and relax after a day's worth of activities.

A comfortable hot tub is also provided in the backyard for your use. After a day worth of activities. the hot tub is intended for you to utilize to relax and enjoy the unique salt lake valley evenings.

Four workstations are provided for your utilization. We understand that telecommuting is the new normal; and have provided comfortable workstations for your use. CenturyLink 1Gbps fiber internet is provided.

The dishwasher has been replaced as of 2021, as well as a new control board and pump have been installed on the hut tub as of late 2021. Both dishwasher and hot tub are functional.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house. A detached garage is on the property, but will not be accessible.
Other things to note
Cleaning fee is included in the nightly rate. For longer stays, cleaning services are available at $250 to clean the entire house.

The hot tub and grill are cleaned between reservations. Should you require additional cleaning services during your stay; please reach out and we would happy to provide this service for $75 for each call out.

Great location could use a little love
We loved the location being close to the U and walkable restaurants. The hot tub was amazing and the space offered for a family was greatly appreciated. We also had a graduation dinner at the house so this was a nice option as they allow small gatherings there. The home is not wheelchair accessible and only two rooms are accessible without having to navigate steep stairs. Something to keep in mind. I did feel as if there were some basic maintenance issues in this house that were from the upkeep not being properly addressed. I also wish the property manager was more quickly accessible with our concerns on the property. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in Sugar House
Terrific communication with host throughout process (we had to make a change to our reso). Property is very clean and well appointed... well equipped kitchen, proper glassware, and a surprising amount of space that easily accommodated 7 adults. Snuggly throw blankets for Warren Miller movie viewing if we stayed in and convenient to many cool spots (9x9, etc) for going out. Functionally equidistant drives to Snowbasin, Deer Valley, Solitude and Alta/Snowbird for maximizing our Ikon passes. Terrific find and I think we used the hot tub every night!

Tudor in Yalecrest
This is a very nice property with lots of amenities for a reasonable price. There are a few little maintenance issues that could be taken care of pretty quickly that would make the experience even better. Also, had some trouble checking in because the host didn't get the unlock code to me, but I'm sure that will be addressed before the next guest arrives. Overall, it was a great neighborhood, a lovely property, and a reasonable price.

Great location and responsive owner
We enjoyed our stay in your centrally located house. The listing is pretty accurate but just thought it should be stated that the bathroom downstairs is only accessible through one of the two bedrooms. The bathroom downstairs also needs more ventilation as it stays humid unless you keep the vent on throughout the day. We needed a few things and the owner was very responsive. VRBO though never did send us the access code upon arrival so you may want to check on that for your future guests. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your house!
