COZY GUEST HOUSE ON HISTORIC CAPITOL HILL

You'll be just blocks away from everything this city has to offer. Walking distance to just about everything downtown including the Utah State Capitol, Temple Square, City Creek Mall and City Creek Canyon.
If you are visiting Salt Lake City for a convention, skiing, or anything else this amazing city has to offer, this is the perfect location. Easy access to shopping, restaurants. bars, and skiing. Most within walking distance of your front door.

You will be just 20-30 minutes from Park City and several major ski resorts.
Inside you'll find tasteful furnishings throughout as well as fresh clean towels and sheets.
Outside you will find your own private patio overlooking the pool. Off street parking is available and a hot tub is on the property.
This is not meant to be a party house. If you are looking to party, please keep looking. This is our guest home attached to our main residence, please be respectful of our property and our neighbors.
FYI the pool is generally opened up for the season around Mother's Day and closed for the winter around the end of September depending on weather. The pool is winterized and closed for the entire winter.

This is the perfect place to stay while in Salt Lake City. The guest house is not only nice, but also incredibly comfortable and has everything you need, within a short walk from the Capitol, beautiful hiking trails, and downtown Salt Lake. The host was incredibly welcoming and it felt like we were staying in a friends guest house. We will never stay in a hotel again and this house will be our top choice. It exceeded our expectations in all ways.

We came to ski in Utah for the first time and decided to stay in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. After long, exhilarating days on the mountain, we wanted a warm, comfortable retreat far from the bustling crowds of the nearby resorts — Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton. This was the perfect accommodation for us, and we loved being steps away from the vibrant city and its lively nightlife. The location was perfect. The house was nicely furnished and the outside was decorated for the holiday season. The kitchen even had an hand mixer which allowed us to create an holiday favorite. Easy access to come and go! The hosts dogs were very friendly and cute. Having the washer and dryer was great. Although we were not able to use the garage for our car (as it was too large) it was very helpful to store our ski gear. The hot tub was a wonderful way to end our ski day.
