Business one night stay. Appreciate pet friendly as my Chi is trained wearing diapers and pads in the bathroom for his duties. He did smell a lot of pets from previous stays on the carpet but we didn’t smell anything.

Wont stay again

The front desk was great but when we went to our room the housekeeper was blocking the aisle with a cart at our room ao we maneuvered the luggage rack past only to find that there was a large bag of trash blocking the doorway to our room. We got a king with a sofa sleeper but when we opened it to put our child(who was included on the reservation)there was zero bedding on the bed and no pillows and nowhere in the room. So my husband went down to tell them and carried it back up to the fouth floor where we made the bed up exhausted. There was extra pieces of trim like for the walls in the closet that fell out on me when i opened the door to unpack. When we got up early to get ready for the dance comp realized there were only 2 towels for the whole room on the vanity shelf. None in the bathroom at all and none set up on the racks. The floor had small garbage from tje last occupants and clearly had not been vaccumed or swept. There os only one elevator for the entire hotel and it was very very slow. By the time we got back we still hadn't received more towels.

The staff was friendly and competent. Breakfast was very good. Property was close to Crackle Barrel restaurant. Rooms were clean but there was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door left from the previous occupants. The hotel needed a lot of maintenance. Broken drawers, towel rack falling off, tile missing etc. Price was good for what we got.

I have stayed here many times before and never had a problem. Last night and this morning I was treated like garbage by staff because I have two therapy dogs and was questioning the pet fee since legally they can not charge a fee for therapy pets. I will never stay at this property again after this. I am humiliated. No one should ever be treated like trash when they are paying to stay somewhere.

I just wanted to wash my hair on Sunday morning so I knelt at the tub. After washing my hair, I placed left hand on the side of the tub and my right in the bottom of the tub. The tub bottom was so slick, my right hand slipt and my right side fell on the side of the tub. I am now in great pain. I noticed when I showered Saturday morning, it would have been helpful to have not slick tub and handrails. Without, I had to be very careful how I moved.

Disappointed in the Comfort Inn cleaning standards

Room was about 90% clean. There were used toiletry items, garbage and the maid tip left by prior people. The bathtub looked like it had mold around it, vent dirty, couch and chair stained and dirty. Dark low watt light bulbs.
