Welcome to Union Crossroads - This 3 bedroom vacation home is located at the entrance to this beautiful Cottonwood Village community next to a nice city park. It sleeps 12 and is perfect for any group accommodations such as family reunions, convention groups, travel groups, ski groups, large families, Young Living and doTERRA groups, corporate housing, temporary relocation housing, traveling executives, displaced families, and people in-between homes. You'll love this private park-side location within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a city park with ball fields and pavilion. Enjoy world famous skiing at nearby Cottonwood Resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude). Convenient access to freeway to downtown Salt Lake.

Amenities include city park next door with picnic tables and pavilion, great room with 30 foot ceiling, additional living with gas fireplace and second TV, beautiful full kitchen with bar and large dining table, and a private deck with private hot tub and mature pine and aspen trees.

In addition to this home, if you need space for even more people, you have the option of renting all 9 homes in this private community. Contact us for availability and to make arrangements. Renting all the homes together makes for a perfect home base for a family reunion or family gathering for any special occasion, family vacation, 50th wedding anniversary celebration, or a group ski vacation. You can also rent groupings of homes should you not need all 9 homes.

This home is pet-friendly, with a $100 fee. Family Ski Trip
The property was perfect for us. It looks like the basement may be in the process of being finished, which will provide even more space in the future. Utah’s Best Vacation Rentals was our on-site contact, and they were SUPERB. They responded quickly to every communication, and went above and beyond to help us when one of our guests accidentally left something behind. They tracked it down and sent it in overnight delivery. We will definitely work with this company again!

NYE Family Ski Trip
Home was great. Very clean and cozy! Close to major stores and restaurants. 30-40 min drive to ski resorts. The hot tub was a major plus after a long day of skiing. The play room downstairs kept the kids entertained. Kitchen equipped with just about everything if you need it. Would recommend, especially for ski trips!

Great location for a family Ski Christmas
The pros: Great location. 5 minutes to the bus to Brighton/Solitude. 25 minutes if you drive yourself to Brighton, Solitude or Snowbird. Easy access to and from SLC Airport or Downtown SLC. Clean, comfortable living area. Nice to have ping pong/foosball and Xbox area in the basement as well. Great (and clean) hot tub, which we got a lot of use of. Good responses from the Host company for outreach. The cons: The front door was wide open upon our arrival, so a little discomforting there. The TV remotes didn't work and were eventually replaced. The kitchen, while reasonably well equipped could use serving platters/bowls etc for family use. The beds were not comfortable and the heat was difficult to regulate for whatever reason. Over all though, we would stay again because of the great proximity to Ski, the responsiveness of the host company and nearby shopping for the essentials of our stay.

Overall nice place. Remote for tv downstairs did not work washing machine needed fixing. But overall was a nice stay. Salt water hot tub was nice, as well.

Family time
We were helping our son move to the Sandy area plus had other family meet us there so we could do some exploring. It was a great place to stay that was convenient to what we needed to do. Loved having the patio and hot tub to hang out after a day of hiking.

Cleaners on site upon check-in time; booked inside the change window and property manager refused to let me change the reservation the following day - poor customer service. Property is in a questionable neighborhood - cars circling the same stretch of street at night.

What a fantastic rental!
My elderly parents and 5 adults siblings were all in the Salt Lake City area for a funeral. This rental was beautiful, comfortable, convenient and provided a great place to come together during an emotional time. Checking in and out was a breeze. The ping pong table in the basement was home to an incredible tournament that was so much fun! Thank you for a great stay!
