We loved the house! We had members of three generations of our family for a week in Salt Lake and this house served us well. The neighborhood is beautiful and the folks we met on the streets were friendly. The house is centrally located for convenient travel to downtown, small commercial areas, parks, and the canyons. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful stay in a beautiful house. I was here for my son’s graduation from the U and it accommodated everyone. At one point we had my son’s girlfriend’s family over for dessert and they, too, were very impressed with the house. The basketball hoop over the driveway was popular with my son and his friends. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space and I loved the decor and the comfortable furniture. We were able to check in an hour early, and we were close to restaurants and grocery. We appreciated everything so much. Thank you!

Perfect spot for a reunion with old friends

The house was absolutely perfect and well appointed for a group of adults over 50 who still feel like we are in school (on the inside) when under one roof. Beds were super comfy for our tired outsides. And the location was walking distance to local friends in Yalecrest. Thank you for a very special reunion trip!

We traveled to Salt Lake City from Arizona to attend the Monster Jam World Finals, being able to stay in this wonderful home made our trip especially memorable, we truly felt at home here, the property is well stocked and exceptionally clean. There is plenty of room for large families, we enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood to some of the shops and eateries nearby. Kristin was exceptional and always there when we had questions. Enjoyed reading about the history of this special property. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Week in Salt Lake

We all loved the house and its amenities. The youngest (age 8) picked one of the puzzles and then the adults ended up finishing it. The house made us feel welcome and we were able to prepare most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. The host was very accommodating in terms of checking in early and extending our stay. We will definitely book this property again if we come to Salt Lake.

Lovely home and great location

We enjoyed our two week stay at Kristen’s home. The fireplace is easy to operate and quite lovely. Kristin is a gem. The kitchen is very well stocked. Access is easy and we felt safe and secure in the nice neighborhood. It’s a convenient location, yet low traffic. Comfy beds and plenty of towels. It was impeccably clean and plenty of supplies to keep things tidy. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend and would enjoy staying here again when in SLC.

Lovely, spacious home with great kitchen

What a gem! We feel very fortunate to have stayed in this home. Our group of 9 adult females came in for a convention at the Salt Palace. It was easy to get back and forth, and we ate breakfast and dinner at the house. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. We loved having multiple spaces to congregate and yet still have privacy. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

We stayed at this house while we were in town for Kilby block party. The styling of this house is on point. There was so much space we didn’t even use the basement facilities. There were notes all over the house that were super helpful to navigate the quirks of a historic home. The neighborhood felt safe and was just a short walk to a cute grocery and restaurant. If we ever come back to Salt Lake City we will definitely be booking this house.

Great base to see Salt Lake City!

We went to SLC during the summer to enjoy the city and take advantage of the surrounding area to hike and enjoy the outdoors. The house was a fantastic centralized location to use as a base. The ability to walk through a beautiful neighborhood to get to great restaurant options and a small grocery store in minutes was wonderful amenity. We have never stayed at a property before that was better equipped than this. We had everything we needed and more. All the reviews for the property were aligned with our great experience. If we are back in town we will book again.

Wonderful Gathering Spaces

We spent five days in this beautifully appointed historic home when our family came to SLC for my daughter’s wedding. Our group ranged in age from 28 to 70, and the house served us well. There is a natural flow in the house and we found ourselves easily moving from sunroom to kitchen to dining room to living room. The downstairs apartment offered privacy for extended family and the secret room offered a quiet respite for anyone needing some alone time. My adult children were delighted to find board games and we also took advantage of the outdoor seating area for morning coffee during our September stay. Nearby restaurants were great for lunch, bagels and gelato. Great location!

Family Christmas celebration

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house which exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtful considered. Everything we needed was readily available, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The attention to detail in the Christmas decoration was remarkable. The decorative Christmas touches throughout the house were simply enchanting, creating a warm and festive atmosphere throughout the home. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely fireplace. As the family gathered around for games and conversations, the fire added a cozy and inviting ambiance. It became the heart of our holiday celebrations, creating cherished memories. I cannot express enough how much we appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness that went into creating such a magical holiday experience. It truly made our stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a special and memorable getaway. It is a place where every need is met and the festive touches added an extra layer of joy and warmth to our holiday vacation. Thank you to the owners for providing such a wonderful and memorable experience.
