Wonderful space to stay for a few days. It is a staffless location, so if there are any issues it is almost impossible for get in contact with someone. There were stains on the floor, I was unable to control the temperature, and there wasnât a welcome packet I could refer to on how to use the keypad to lock the door. Overall, the bed was comfortable, great amenities, and good location. I also love how it is women-owned, I just wish I had some contact to reach out about some issues I experienced.
Location was great but it is not quiet. You can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next to you. You can hear conversations as if youâre in the same room. Was difficult to sleep when people next door were up until 7am.
Love love LOVED this place. It was so cute and cozy. It was such a welcoming ambiance. There are a lot of eatery options near by and overall felt safe walking around by myself. Would always stay here when I go to SLC.
It sounded like our neighbors were in our room with us.. and they weren't even being loud. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, a plastic bag under the couch and the rug didn't look vacuumed. We only stayed one night and got another hotel for the remainder of our stay, it was just not comfortable enough to stay.
Location. Condition. Neighborhood. Easy of getting into the building and unit. All 5s. Only down side was the limited ability to communicate with the owner/manager b/c the unit/hotel is "staffless" and the options when you call are limited to a set selection. Couldn't get a response about whether we could check in early. But i know that now. Would stay there again and would be prepared for that.
Very secure. Love having the personal code. Ideally located. Didn't love no designated parking, but street parking actually wasn't too bad. Funky vibe to the building. Room was well appointed with everything you need
This was a great different experience. The only issue we had was the rugs and couch were covered in hair as if no vacuumed. The floors were concrete so were swept and clean.
Pros: The property itself was super cute! Area was very safe and walkable. Comfy beds, and lots of space in the room.
Cons: Communication. We tried to call multiple times before we got to Salt Lake City because we did not know what the parking situation was. We were never able to reach anyone.
One evening we were coming down to leave the hotel and there were two separate people standing in the lobby who were unable to reach the staff and were wondering how to get into their room becuase their code did not work. One of them even said she had been trying to contact someone for an entire day, but had to get a last minute hotel elsewhere. Very unsettling, I felt horrible for them. In the lobby, there is a room that is intended to have staff âŠ. But no staff was ever present within the entirety of our 4-day stay.
Our stay was just fine! But if something had gone wrong, or we needed assistance, we would have been stranded.
Parking is also hard we had to park multiple streets over a few times.
This is a âstafflessâ hotel which means when the courtyard lights are shining directly into your room at night, and the curtains are not blackout, there is nobody who will help at all! We stayed two miserable, sleepless nights because we were unable to check out early due to prepaying and no refunds. Our bedroom was as light as daylight all night. The lack of communication and help was so frustrating!
Loved the space and the neighborhood. Parking was awful though. There was rarely parking open nearby so we would have to park a good distance away from the property or circle around the block a few times waiting for a nearby space to open up. Not very convenient. Also the metal nightstands would rattle against the concrete floor in the middle of the night if you rolled over or moved in the bed and were very noisy.
