Property not cleaned/ready
Home had broken door, beds were used and unmade, dirty towels on the floor, garbage, left over foods in fridge, basically - the cleaning service never came, and we were left looking for a new rental at 6pm on a Thur night. On the bright side, after an hour of calls with host and VRBO - we were promptly refunded, so we could look elsewhere.

Salt lake skiing out
Clean, large house, short drive to Alta/Snowbird. Large hot tub with good temperature, helps a lot to relax after ski days. Reasonable price. May need to upgrade linens. We all love the stay.
