The chemical smell gave me a migraine

Hi, the hotel lobby, the hallways, and the rooms has a very strong sweet chemical smell. It gave me migranes and I could not air out the room even if I propped my door open for hours. The air conditioning did not change or do anything even when I turned it off. Changing the thermostat did not change the room temperature.

Old towels, dirty bathroom. I wonder if there is any supervisor checking the cleanness of the rooms. Customer service at the front desk is extremely slow. Need to be well trained on good customer service ethics.

Hotel is very nice and clean. We checked in at 11pm when our flight was delayed by a few hours, check in was very easy. Amenities are great. Definitely will stay there when we come back next time.

The property is mostly clean, the pictures on Expedia give the impression of a breakfast buffet but I was never told of a breakfast buffet nor did I see one and when I asked about breakfast I was only told about the restaurant. The restaurant breakfast was good and the gentleman who served us, I believe his name was Miguel, was extremely pleasant. The hotel room itself smelled a little funny and one of the maintenance workers came to check our restroom because he said there was a leak on the room under us. Overall everything was pretty nice, beds were comfortable and location was perfect since we had an event at the convention center which is located right behind the hotel.
