I called early to request a room close to the front as my father and I have mobility issues and long distances. When we arrived, they only had 2 rooms available even though we booked a few weeks in advance. In lieu of giving us a room we booked, thwy gave us an alternate room with double beds-that was the only plus, but the room was antiquated at best and too far of a distance for my father to walk without difficulty. It was a bed, we had a fridge and microwave and adjustable heater/air conditoner. Please in the future, listen to your customers who ask for reasonable accommodations, some of us have disabilities and if we didnt need the accomodatuons, we wouldn't request them. While it was cloae to the places we went and close to shopping and dining, im a bit disappointed that my accessibility request was not treated professionally

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is close to several shops and fast food restaurants, but because it’s on a busy intersection, sometimes it’s hard to get in and out of the parking lot. The parking lot is small, and it would be to navigate if they took out their lawn and had access to the adjacent fast food parking lots.

VERY dated location. Very worn rooms. Back hall outside door almost never locks. I told the desk. They said yea, they knew and said just push on the door anywhere on the inside. Jerk it on the outside if it was hanging up. Filthy room carpet. Extremely stained. No drawer in one area to use. Shower handles and apparatus VERY loose on the tub. Just loose and rattling around. Smelly hall way. Garbage gunk on room mirror. Sink has a large crack 7 inches long in bottom. Toilet runs regularly. Sink needs unclogging. Drains Very slow. Try shaving in that one. Nice indian management but my room key card had to be reprogrammed 3 time thru stay. Bright parking lights. Good price for my stay BUT not again

The hotel is poorly maintained, dingy, and smelled bad. Our room smelled even worse than the common areas. We would have left and rented another hotel but didn’t arrive until 2AM and we were exhausted.

I booked it because of the price and then I read the reviews... And I said oh NO!! what I got myself into!! Will I booked a room for 3 days, but I liked the room the staff the area I ended up staying an extra night…. 😃 I guess some past clientele expected lobster when paying for a cheeseburger! But on the other hand I paid for a cheeseburger and received prime rib! It is a family ran hotel and I can see they put their heart into it.. respect them and they will respect you... Well it seems so simple! It is!! read the reviews with a grain of salt or sugar.. And as the deposit goes it's either cash or credit card like every other hotel.. and I want to send my gratitude to the staff as I know it's not easy doing what you do but you do it so well!!

Stains are everywhere on the bed, floor, walls, bathroom, etc. nothing was clean in the room and the entirety of the inn. The pictures shown online are catfishing. I asked for a plastic spoon and they pulled one from a bucket that also had dirt on it. They don’t do refunds and will play you. stay away.
