Close freeway access, short drive to Park City and Deer Valley. Located on a secluded wooded private lane. Modern rustic design. Private parking. Brand new upscale furniture. Comfortable beds. Access to a large landscaped lot. Close to parks, high end restaurants and upscale grocery stores. Located adjacent to I-215. There are 2 sides to the guesthouse with a laundry room that separates each unit.
