This Villa is Balinese in style and a well-designed home with good finishes and has a lovely flow through all areas from the open plan kitchen, and large living area, to the swimming pool, covered patio, nice level lawn garden, beautiful sea views, plus a large viewing deck. The Villa also has solid wood shutters on all windows which gives it lots of character and extra privacy.
While embracing modern and contemporary design inspiration, the Ballito Beach House Villa offers beautifully furnished and equipped open plan living with stylish Balinese sophistication, highlighted by the beauty of its unique location.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan living/ dining/ lounge area leading onto a large undercover terrace through glass foldaway doors on the one side of the Villa and swimming pool on the other side of the Villa.

The 6 bedroom air-conditioned villa is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including but not limited to a Nespresso coffee machine, ice maker, flat screen TV’s and sound bars, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The private salt water chlorinated pool is fitted with a professional safety net.

Beautiful Beach Views
The house is beyond gorgeous with spectacular views. Access to the beach is easy. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
