Great location
Overall a great property in a great location within the village- plenty of space for us all and the kitchen area was great social area for us all plenty of storage We were lucky with the weather so was nice sitting out in our little space outside!

Amazing location in the heart of Staithes
Fantastic stay in a large property with everything you need in the heart of the village. So close to everything, just step outside the front door and you are there. Parking was easy but the steep hill may not suit some. If you do a grocery shop Tesco wont deliver to the house but others will apparently. Had such a great time we booked an extra night.

Had wonderful stay . Enjoyed Staithes with the walking , car free, crabbing , lovely meals out . Location of property is great and bonus is a private parking slot Host is very responsive. Good communication. Had a small issue which was addressed

Our Staithes cottage
We enjoyed our stay, though it wouldn't suit people who don't like stairs as there are a lot. The kitchen was fantastically equipped! Though the smell of damp caused my husband breathing difficulties, it seems its only in the bottom half of the kitchen cupboards, couldn't get main oven to work, luckily had top oven (3 children to cook for) couldn't get any hot water but host quickly rectifyed. It is what it is, and we needed a break. It was clean apart from the grill hadn't been cleaned and crumbs on the side. It's great you can bring your dog but be mindful that the outdoor garden is enough for them is tiny. I think if the house book could be left on the table it would be helpful, Nothing major just leaving an honest review.

Fantastic location and lovely property. Would definitely stay there again. However could not leave first floor bedroom window open as wasn't secure if windy.
