House located in Condomínio Ilha dos Pássaros, with all the comfort for your best season in Praia do Forte, with easy access to the village, where you can find several bars, restaurants and other attractions, in addition to the beach!

Accommodates up to 14 people and has 5 suites (2 on the ground floor), full kitchen integrated with the cozy living room and the exterior of the house, which is also the best part of the house, with swimming pool, garden and gourmet area with barbecue.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Energy and water consumption are charged for reservations from 5 nights, at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Suite 1 (Ground Floor): 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, split air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain;

Suite 2 (Ground Floor): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain;

Suite 3 (Superior): 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, split air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain;

Suite 4 (Superior): 1 super king bed, split air conditioning, closet, blackout curtain and Smart TV;

Suite 5 (Superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain.

The Condominium has 2 swimming pools, ice machine, tennis court, beach tennis court, soccer field, beach volleyball court, green area (Mata Atlântica reserve) and 24-hour gate. You also have a free transfer service available from 6th to Sunday for access to the city and beach. Schedules according to availability.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and rest in the beautiful beaches and swimming pool of my space. Além disso its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants and a strong port of the location. All these attractions become my space with an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, so that there is a balance between peace, rest and nighttime agitation.
