The lockable watersports storage and the fact that the house is just steps away from the shared boardwalk to the sound makes GRAND BANKS a fantastic home for watersports enthusiasts. The ocean and convenient beach access are just a few short blocks away, and the private swimming pool and nearby bubbly hot tub are great for spending the day at the house. Step inside the slider into the game room with flat screen TV/DVD, pool table and wet bar with full size refrigerator and microwave. There is also a convenient half bath for quick trips in from the pool or sound. The mid-level is home to 5 bedrooms including a king master with private bath, TV/ DVD, plus 2 king bedrooms that each share a bath with single & bunk bedrooms. The top-level features one more king master bedroom with private bath and TV/DVD and a separate office space for a little quiet time. The top-level great room is a grand place to gather with the family, prepare meals and dine with water views through the windows. Step outside onto the decks after dinner and watch the sun set over the sound. This house might be named GRAND BANKS, but the experience is worth a million. Book your stay today.

What a fantastic vacation! Went with familyfor a week and had a great time. We had plenty of space, loved the view, pool was wonderful, location was perfect! The house had some cleaning issues on arrival with trash, bedding with stains and cockroaches. The beds/couches/chairs could use some updates but overall the house was everything we needed!

Great location. Couldn't check in on time with 3 hour wait due to bed spread not bei g folded.

Good stay. They need to start servicing it sooner to honor check in time. My family had to wait 3 hours from time stated (we were preseason traveling.)

Good stay

This house has a great location and has beautiful views which was nice:) it would benefit from more chairs by the pool. Also some of the blankets had holes as well as some of the couch pillows so maybe some new ones. We brought our own linens but signs in the bedrooms indicated the comforters on the bed were not to be used which was not convenient. The kitchen was very well equipped which was great. There was a crock pot and a griddle available. The main living area was a great size and very spacious.

1st Family Vacation

When we arrived the trash cans were over flowing and then the trash guys didn't pick it up on scheduled day. And the cable didn't work the first 6 days of being there, which was challenging having 5 youngs kids with us. But even with all that we still had a great time! We look forward to coming back in a few years, but do look to be oceanside next time.
