You want to have plenty of space even on vacation, a beautiful, quiet, yet close to the center located apartment? You want a contactless check in and a separate entrance? You want a cleaning/desinfection that follows the recommendations of the CDC? Then you've just found your perfect apartment! It is located on the mezzanine floor of our townhouse that was built in the 1920s and has been family owned ever since then. Since July 2017 we provide AIR CONDITION and the apartment has been renovated in autumn 2017. It has a total size of 150 square yards and is divided into a spacious (53 squareyards), well-furnished living room with relaxing area (with satellite TV, DVD player, stereo), a bed sofa for 2 persons and a bay window, which invites you to relax. The apartment is furnished with a unique blend of antique and modern furniture. 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), a bed sofa for 2 persons and in the bay window of the living room another single bed.. Fully equipped kitchen with washer / dryer, dishwasher, stove / oven, microwave, fridge, filter and espresso coffee machine and a cosy dining corner. Bathroom with large shower, separate toilet with a second sink. Free WiFi access. As a special service for our guests, we also offer a variety of teas, coffee and espresso as well as 'basics' such as vinegar, oil, salt, etc. for free. If you travel with your Baby we can provide a baby cot as well as a high chair.
Our guests are invited to use our garden.
A garage space can be booked on request (additional cost € 10, - per day).
Non smoking apartment, no pets allowed.
The owner's family lives in the same house and will be glad to help you with information or anything else you might need.

Small family had a great time
We stayed at this property for a week in the winter. It was perfect for our family of 4. The host was very accommodating and helpful for suggestions on where to take our small children. The property is in a good location; it is an easy walk to the historic center, restaurants, a nice brewery across the river, playgrounds, grocery stores, and the train station. The property was clean and well stocked with plates/pans and cooking basics like salt, oil, etc. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay you Salzburg
We loved this property. While not in the old town district of Salzburg, it provided a very quiet setting. My wife and I stayed here with my 89 year old mother. Once we got the hang of the bus system, which did not take long, transportation to old town and other areas of Salzburg was easy. There is a bus stop just a short distance from the residence. We really enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed in many VRBO properties but none better than this one. Spacious area, tastefully furnished & within easy walking distance from Salzburg sights. There are 2 separate bedrooms but a third bed is available in a separate area. Easy to communicate with owner who is willing to help with recommendations & guest needs. Kitchen is fully stocked, bathroom is large with separate rooms for shower/sink & toilet. Water pressure is great. Highly recommend

Wonderful Stay in Salzburg
We couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating host than Michaela. She was great. Her communication with us before our trip and her familiarizing us with the property and the surrounding area made us feel welcome and ready to embrace our Salzburg experience from the first moments. The property is definitely in a quieter neighborhood, but only a short 20 minute scenic walk in any direction to see most of the attractions. We did rent a car to venture outside the city, but parking is quite restrictive in the area. Michaela was more than accommodating and offered us a space on property for a very reasonable fee. The property itself was spacious, very clean and well stocked. I would absolutely recommend a stay here.

Ideal place for visiting Salzburg and surrounding area
This is a great, roomy property with everything you need: clean, well appointed and just as described. Michaela is a lovely host and was welcoming and very helpful during our stay, offering lots of advice and helping eg with printing tickets. She has thought through all that a family might need and has prepared the home accordingly. It easily takes a family of 5 and has additional bedding options for up to 3 more. It is surprisingly roomy. We were there during the heatwave but the home was kept very confit and cool because of the shutters, air con and fans. Situated in the new town it is virtually on the river do the 15 minute riverside stroll into the old town was never a hassle and only added to each day’s Salzburg adventure because you could enjoy the walk and the glory of the city unfolding as you approached. The option to have a parking spot in their garage made this option ideal too because you didn’t have to drive. Except in a number of days we took day trips to surrounding sights: Wokfgangsee, Mondsee, Konigsee, Eagles Nest and yet could always come back to a safe place to park. Overall, this property provided us with an ideal base for exploring the beauty of Salzburg and on the surrounding area. Thank you Michaela for making our time staying in Salzburg so beautiful and memorable.

Our family group of three had plenty of comfortable space in Michaela’s lovely apartment in Salzburg! It was easy to communicate with her before and during our stay. The parking space in their garage was very helpful to have during our stay. It was an easy walk to the river and the old town of Salzburg. We had a medical issue during our stay, and Michaela was so kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Salzburg!

As a family of six, Michaela’s home was a perfect place to stay for our visit to Salzburg. We easily walked to the Altstadt along the river to explore. It was also a short drive to the Lake District for hiking. Everything was clean and orderly. We loved the fact that we could wash and dry clothes since many European listings don’t have the dryer functionality. The hosts were kind and helpful. We would recommend this home if you are visiting Salzburg and prefer a home to a hotel.
