The hotel is extremely nice and has a great location. Right next to the beach. You use an elevator to get to the beach. The beach is very nice, although is not as large as other places. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. If you need something they will get it for you. The buffet is great, servers cater to your every need. The pool and bars close early at 19:00. Entertainment is good, usually have performers and dancing each night but ends around 23:00.

This is far away from a 5 stars hotel. The food is between poor and ok range. The room was decent in space and cleaning with a view to the ocean. The location and the view of the many areas of the property are beautiful. It has potential but it needs a urgently renovation just one pool available, the beach area was great I think that was the only thing we like there. Also needs an upgrade in all food and beverages offered. They run out of many liquors and they used cheap alcohol to make the drinks. They have coffee machines is a good thing there. The staff was kind and super attentive they do a really good job but I wouldn't come back.

Enjoyable afordable clean hotel. The highlights for us were the stunning sea views and great staff. Thank you to Virginia at the bar who helped us with our Spanish lessons and was always a joy. We enjoyed our four nights immensely. The only thing we thought could be better was the food especially in the two restaurants, buffet was far better than both but we still had full bellies everyday. I would happily return again !
Sea view from our room where on one of the days we could see whales. We were happy we brought our binoculars for such an amazing sight.

They initially refused my early check-in while allowing another guest to check-in before I left the parking area. The customer service kindness appeared forced not sincere. Their staff needs to be made aware that there will be people booked into the hotel who look like them but are economically better off than them. Perhaps a cultural awareness training may be helpful.
