Our stay at Cayo Levantato was nothing short of exceptional. The resort is a true haven for relaxation. The private beach is absolutely stunning,peaceful,pristine, and never crowded. Excellent all inclusive. Food was amazing, staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, grounds and hotel were beautiful and the entire experience felt like a boutique hotel even though the resort is quite large. Highly recommend and plan to come back.

The property is great and the staff is good but the only thing is that they staff makes you feel pressured into everything they do you must tip them and if you do tip them if they feel is not enough then the service starts to change and it’s not the same as when you arrive at the property. Also towards the end of the stay the ambassador accompanied other guest but since they didn’t feel we tip them right no one came to use and walked us towards the ferry.

We stayed in early March for 6 days and loved every day. Frankly, everything was great. We didn't get to try the spa or excursions because we had a 15mo old baby with us, which takes a lot of time, but just the pools and the beach were wonderful. The food was amazing. Each restaurant had fantastic food. Even the breakfast buffet was phenomenal. For drawbacks, getting to the property is a major drag. It's a 3hr ride by car from Santo Domingo. Not much they can do about that, I guess. What they can improve on are two things: quality of coffee (didn't enjoy that at all) and the staff needs to get a bit better on their English. Some are better than others, but most of the time, communication was challenging. You can also communicate with your "ambassador" via WhatsApp and even that was not all smooth sailing, so yeah, staff's English needs to improve. But don't let this hold you back, even with what it is now, it's been a wonderful stay.

Hermosa!! Espectacular. Un servicio excepcional, único. Comidas wow y un personal muy amable, atento y agradable que nos hizo sentir muy cómodos desde la llegada. Habitación limpia con una cama de ensueños. Silenciosa y un room services en segundos. El mejor hotel en República Dominicana. Un aplauso para la gestión y el servicio.

Estadia maravilhosa. Serviço e estrutura do hotel são excelentes. O café da manhã é muito bom. A única coisa que pode melhorar é a gastronomia dos restaurantes.
