Disliked: Staff & service
This Hotel Bad the worst Service ever. We booked the hotel 4 weeks before our arrival, when we got there we were told we had no booking with the hotel. We booked over Expedia and had already payed everything. The front assistant wasn’t very helpful, he had no plan what to do. Then 30mins later the chef arrived, but she either didn’t had a plan. They said they will book us an 4 star hotel, which sounded nice, but then we were told one person needs to stay at FERIDE’S boutique hotel and the other two would be transferred to the 4 star hotel, which was 4km away. We are a family and we will not split apart. Then we told them this and they showed us again 20mins later a run down 2 star hotel, far away from the city centre. We got no apology and were treated very bad. After about 1.5hours of nothing happening we just left the place. The service was abysmally bad, wouldn’t come here again.
