We live where other people go on holiday, we want to share that with our guests.
The house is very close to nature and quiet, surrounded by fields. Nevertheless, they are fast by car by the sea or on the mainland.
Horses, as well as all other animal friends, feel comfortable with us, but we also like to welcome guests who are not close to the pet, but they should not have any allergies.
The spacious and bright apartment is one of three apartments and is located on the first floor. The entrance area of ​​the apartment separates bathroom and kitchen from the living and sleeping area. I (floor plan in the photos) In the large garden seating is provided for the guests.
Important: With public transport our house is not accessible. You need a vehicle no matter how many wheels this one has ....

A short stay on Rügen
My girlfriend and I found this property and its location great. The property appears to be recently modernised and so all the furniture is relatively new. The kitchen is well equipped, and is more than adequate for a couple or family of four. The bathroom was great but unfortunately the shower hose is not attached to the wall so makes showering less comfortable than it could be, The washing machine is very useful for longer stays or those travelling around, and a clothes horse would have really helped here. The living room and bedrooms are roomy enough. There is a bunkbed bedroom currently not shown on the pics. The real charm of this place is being surrounded by farm animals who are very friendly and happy to say hello.

Kurz, aber gut
Kurzfristig gebucht, alles stimmt mit dem Inserat überein. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Die Lage des Objektes ländlich, bei Schietwetter sind feste Schuhe für den Gang mit Hund etc. zu empfehlen. Sehr weitläufiges Gelände, die Hühner, Schafe, Ponys, Pferde und Hunde machen das Landleben perfekt. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die fehlende Heizmöglichkeit im Kinderzimmer. Hier wäre ein Heizlüfter o.ä. gut gewesen.

Immer wieder gern!
Wir waren insgesamt 9 Tage auf dem Reiterhof. Der Check in sowie der Aufenthalt waren völlig problemlos. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett und immer für ein Schwätzchen zu haben. Die Wohnung war groß und gemütlich eingerichtet, und hatte alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis, bekommt man tolle Reitstunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub für die Familie
Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und gemütlich. Ein toll modernisierter Altbau mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gemütlich! Die Vermieterin Anne ist sehr sehr nett und man kann sich toll mit ihr unterhalten. Die Umgebung ist super idyllisch, fernab von jeglichem Tourismus und lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen, Radtouren oder Ausritten ein. Der Hof selbst ist sehr groß und es gibt viel zu Entdecken und Beobachten. Wenn man nicht gerade die Enten, Hühner, Kaninchen, Kühe, den Esel oder natürlich die Pferde bestaunt, kann man den Leuten auf dem Pferdehof bei ihrem Alltag mit den Pferden zuschauen. Ansonsten ist man von Samtens aus relativ schnell bei den bekannten Tourismushotspots und kann per Bahn oder 30-45min mit dem Auto an die Ostsee fahren.

Ruhe, Erholung und Entspannung ...
... haben wir gesucht und auf dem Pferdehof Muhlitz gefunden. Zudem haben wir einen Platz gesucht, an dem sich unsere Tochter auch wohlfühlt, was auch ganz wunderbar funktioniert hat. Wir haben vor Ort alles so vorgefunden, wie es auf der Webseite beschrieben wurde. Zudem sind die Vermieter wirklich sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer für einen Plausch zu haben. Die Lage des Pferdehofs mag auf den ersten Blick erstmal unattraktiv sein, da sie weit weg von den typischen Urlaubsgebieten ist. Aber eben auch weit genug entfernt vom Massentourismus. Für Individualisten:innen, die die Insel komplett entdecken möchten, ist die Lage allerdings erstmal zweitrangig, da man zwangsläufig weit fahren muss, um alles auf der Insel zu sehen. Und wer die Ruhe abseits von 08/15-Tourismus sucht, sollte den Pferdehof mit in Betracht ziehen.

Alles vorhanden was man an Ausstattung benötigt. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet Ruhe. Wir hätten uns ein bisschen mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht 👍 Gastgeber sehr sehr lieb und nett. Im Großen und Ganzen angenehmer Aufenthalt.
